A classic UES work shirt that has been produced since 2007. All fabrics are made in Japan on old-fashioned power looms.
The sturdy triple stitching and asymmetric chest pockets are work-inspired details. With wear and washing, the stitching will pucker and fade in a striking way. The chambray uses linen for the weft, giving it a unique sheen and texture.

To give a soft image to the hard work feel, they used slightly larger buttons (15mm instead of the usual 13mm outer diameter). UES also used natural corozo (ivory palm) buttons, each of which has a different pattern, to add a warm look to the product. Natural materials have their unavoidable disadvantages, such as discoloration and cracking, but we hope you will appreciate the unique color and texture as an advantage.

The slim and sleek silhouette makes it easy to match with a jacket or vest, or to wear over a T-shirt. It goes well with denim or chinos, and they also recommend pairing it with shorts. It's the perfect shirt for everyday wear, and can be worn all year round.
