JOB DESCRIPTION
Milworks is seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate. A Milworks Sales Associate supports the management team by providing outstanding customer service, delivering strong sales results, adhering to merchandising standards, supporting store operations including cleaning, replenishing, and maintaining the store.
Qualified applicants must possess the following skills/attributes:
Professional retail experience. 1-3 years experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to easily engage in conversation
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Self-motivated with an ability to take direction & multi-task
Strong attention to detail, with thorough follow-up skills
Possesses a positive attitude and is goal oriented
Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
