RETURNS

To get your return or exchange started, you can:

  • Visit our stores: Stop by one of our stores and our store associates will be happy to process any eligible return or exchange.

 

We want you to love what you wear. All in-store and online purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

To keep things simple, please return items unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging so we can take care of your refund as quickly as possible.

For everyone's safety and comfort, some items aren't eligible for return. This includes perishable goods (like food or flowers), books and magazines, underwear, candles and Gift Cards. If you're unsure about an item, our team is always happy to help.

To ensure a quick and seamless return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Our team is here to help if you need assistance finding your Order #.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it and send you an email to let you know it's arrived. We'll also keep you updated on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't seen your refund yet, don't worry—sometimes it just takes a little time to appear. We recommend first checking your bank account, then reaching out to your credit card company, as processing times can vary. Your bank may also need a few days to post the refund. Most banks and credit card companies take 2-5 business days to post to your account.

Gifts
If your item was a gift, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Once we receive your return, you'll receive a gift credit for its value, along with a gift certificate sent straight to you. If you have any questions along the way, our team is always happy to help. To speed things along please provide the Gift Receipt or original Order #. If you choose to get a refund it will go back to the original purchasers original form of payment.

If you are shipping an item over $1, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
