This item is available and usually ships within 2 business days of date of purchase. Not all orders are available to ship on weekends. If you are purchasing multiple items -- lead times may vary for each.

Domestic Shipping Charges

Orders under $100 Ground shipping (4-10 business days) $8 - available for all orders in the United States.
Orders over $100 Ground shipping 4-6 business days - Free - available for all orders in the United States.
2 Day Shipping $25
Overnight Shipping $45

International Shipping Charges

DHL - Rates are calculated at checkout based on your home country.
Duties and taxes (including VAT) for your order will be calculated and charged at checkout based on what your home country requires.
Milworks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When using our prepaid label the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Online and phone purchases can also be returned in store, in accordance with our policy.

U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Milworks gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. If you live in Milwaukee WI for your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to the Milworks store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All apothecary, masks, altered apparel or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Milworks E-gift Card.
In stores, requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We will refund the purchase amount to a Milworks Gift Card.

International Return and Exchange Policy
